We comply with laws and regulations of each country and region, international rules, and internal rules in our business activities.
2.Relationship with Society
2.1 Compliance with Various Business Laws
We confirm business laws, obtain necessary permits, fully understand their contents, and comply with various business laws in our business activities.
2.2 Compliance with Import and Export Related Laws
We comply with trade-related laws and international treaties, thoroughly manage imports and exports, and conduct appropriate import and export procedures.
2.3 Severing Ties with Anti-Social Forces
We take a firm stance against anti-social forces and organizations, and resolutely reject unreasonable demands.
2.4 Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
We respect others' intellectual property rights and are committed to avoiding any infringement. We also understand that intellectual property rights are important company assets and strive to protect and effectively utilize ARKRAY's intellectual property.

3.2 Relationship with Business Partners
We always treat business partners equally and fairly, and conduct transactions honestly in accordance with applicable laws and contracts.
3.3 Prohibition of Unfair Competition
We do not use other companies' trade secrets illegally or engage in business activities that damage other companies' reputations. We also do not use other people's product or business indications without permission or manufacture or sell counterfeit products.
3.4 Prohibition of Monetary and Voucher Exchanges
We do not exchange money or vouchers with companies or individuals, except for cases deemed to be socially acceptable such as condolence or sympathy money.
3.5 Entertainment and Gifts

We do not misuse computer systems.
